The world clock is fixed at 60X simulated time for every server. One real minute is one in-game hour. Day and night lighting moves across the globe while planes fly. Official media also describes the map as a realistic 1:8 scale of Earth. Flights are not paused for local night, and fuel can reprice during a single leg because prices change by the minute.
Camera and routes
- Rotate and inspect the globe with the mouse.
- Click a city node to read its purchase price, then buy it if the balance can spare it.
- Click and drag to draw a route between airports you own. Multi-stop routes add further owned stops on that sequence.
- Open the route panel to set the fare multiple. 1.00x is market value on every leg.
- Click an airborne aircraft for passengers, tail number, progress, condition, and wind. One readout showed a 6 percent tailwind.
The route header can also count how many aircraft are flying, ready, or refueling. Management windows, separate from the map, are where you hire pilots, set company policy, spend on research, and order maintenance.
What the speed does to your decisions
Wear, morale problems, and fuel spikes all show up in real minutes, not in a long session later. The Early Supporter 1.1x boost shortens travel further for that account only. Research timers tick on the same accelerated clock and, with the pass, finish 20 percent sooner.
A server shows up to eight airlines at once. Their aircraft are visible, and pass holders show gold planes plus an Air News line when they join. You do not need their route to copy it. Short hops still turn the starting jet over faster than an intercontinental line you cannot maintain.
When the clock is the reason a repair arrived early, the action is still the fleet menu, covered in Keep the fleet flying.
