Pilots, morale, and company policy sit in management windows, not on the globe. The flight will not operate itself just because the route line exists.
Hire crew
Standard pilots are paid from the airline's cash. You need them on the aircraft you schedule. The Early Supporter pass added two Expert Pilot rolls per airline on top of that payroll. The pass is a 299 Robux listing with a stated removal date of 2026-10-23; details are in research and the pass.
Expert rolls are not a named cast of characters. Sources do not list pilot names, wages, or a hiring level gate.
Read the morale HUD
The HUD shows a morale percent, a mood word, and a star score. One official frame shows 72 percent Content and 4.0 stars next to the fuel price. Funding prompts that ask you to spend on the workforce have been observed lifting satisfaction to about 93 percent, and other notes describe holding approval above 90 percent. Those are separate observations, not a cap and not a minimum you must hit.
A Social panel on the same HUD style shows short passenger comments about the airline. It is a feedback ticker, not a quest list.
If a strike starts
Strikes are listed with fuel spikes, crashes, and bankruptcy as ways the network stops. Unhappy staff halt departures and leave aircraft at the terminal while costs continue. Because the clock is 60X, a short real-world delay covers a lot of missed flights.
What the notes actually support:
- Approve the funding prompt when you can pay it. That is the documented morale raise.
- Keep company policy in place so working conditions are not an afterthought. Individual policy toggles are not itemized.
- Do not combine a strike with deferred maintenance. Groundings and walkouts at the same time remove both the jet and the crew.
There is no published strike timer or fine amount. The recovery described is to restore morale, then release the aircraft that are still airworthy.
Track the public result on rankings and badges only after departures are moving again. A strike does not award progress.
